The deposit is non-refundable. This guarantee is valid for the original Buyer and puppy only. Upon transfer of dog to another person this guarantee becomes null and void. We have made every effort to supply you with a healthy, quality puppy. We guarantee all shots and de-worming are current. Seller is only guaranteeing the above puppy as a companion/pet. It is the Buyer's responsibility to take this puppy to their licensed vet, at the Buyer's expense, within two business days of taking possession of the puppy. We will not be responsible for illness or health problems diagnosed after this time. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening genetic/ congenital defect or life-threatening health problem at this exam, upon verification of the problem by our licensed vet. A replacement puppy of equal value and same sex (as soon as one is available) will be given to the Buyer after Seller receives original defective puppy and registration papers back from Buyer. Provided the Buyer does the following: 1. Gets puppy examined by licensed vet within two business days. 2. Contacts Seller with results within twenty-four hours of the exam. If there is a life-threatening defect or health problem sends copies of radiographs, x-rays, medical records and a complete diagnosis by licensed vet stating the defect or problem, to seller. 4. Promptly returns at Buyer's expense the puppy and all documents given at the time of purchase, to Seller. 5. In the event of death, an autopsy shall be performed at Buyer's expense to determine the cause of death. The autopsy report must be provided & findings agreed upon by Seller's vet before replacement is given, there will be no replacement or refund if death is the result of accident, neglect or abuse. 6. Failure to do any of the above things will make this guarantee null and void. We further guarantee this puppy until it is 6 months of age to be free from any life-threatening genetic/congenital defects. If this occurs, and buyer follows Steps 1 through 6 above, Seller will replace it with the first available puppy of equal quality and of the same sex. No money will be refunded. Seller will not be responsible for any vet or medical bills incurred. Seller will not be responsible after 48 hours (after puppy leaves Seller's premises) for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be transmitted immediately after leaving the breeder. Under no circumstances will Seller be responsible for vet or medical bills incurred by Buyer. Certain disorders caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to: internal or external parasites, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, cancer, tumors, coccidia, kennel cough, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders are not covered by this guarantee. Any condition preventable and/or treatable by the Buyer, including, but not limited to, injury, exhaustion, hypoglycemia, or any stress related conditions, are not covered by this guarantee. If a condition can be treated, it is not considered life threatening. This guarantee does not cover uneven bites, undescended testicles, hernias, cherry eye, elongated soft palate or pinched nostrils which can be common to the Boston Terrier breed. Seller will arrange shipping and deliver puppy to airline in a suitable crate with food and water. Buyer should purchase insurance for protection against injury or death by fault of the airline or courier. Seller is not responsible for puppy after it leaves our care. This puppy is pet quality. We offer no guarantee that this puppy could or could not have faults which could make it unsuitable for showing or breeding. There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult. The Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition and to provide (as needed) examinations, vaccinations, de-worming, heartworm test and prevention, and any other procedures necessary to assure good health. If for some reason the Buyer cannot provide a permanent home for this dog, the Seller will accept the dog back, but the Buyer is not entitled to any refund of money or expenses, and the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of transporting the dog back to Seller.
